Know Your Customer
Full name, nationality, residence, occupation and valid ID (Emirates ID / passport) verified before any brokerage work.

Beneficial Ownership
We identify the real principal behind every transaction and verify any representative's authority, such as a power of attorney.

Risk Rating & EDD
Every file carries a low, medium or high risk rating; high-risk and PEP cases require enhanced due diligence and senior approval.

Source of Funds
We understand how the property itself is funded — not just how the commission is paid.

Sanctions Screening
Clients, counterparties, representatives and beneficial owners are screened against UAE and UN lists.

Controlled Payments
Commissions by bank transfer only. No cash, no virtual assets, no personal accounts.

goAML Reporting
Suspicious activity is reported via goAML (STR/SAR), with REAR assessment for freehold sales and purchases.

Records & Training
Secure record-keeping, annual staff training, independent review and an annual policy review (next October 2027).
